The Partnership provides Internal Audit and Assurance services to its partnership members: Devon County Council, Torbay Council, Plymouth City Council, Mid Devon District Council and Torridge District Council and South Hams & West Devon Councils. We report to their respective Audit Committees against plans prepared for each client using a risk based approach to ensure that the service provided is aligned to their needs, goals and objectives and to satisfy statutory assurance requirements.
In addition, we provides internal audit, audit management, counter fraud, risk management and assurance services to a range of non member clients including:
