To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contracts. The contract will commence on 1st April 2017, for the period of 12 Months

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving a score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken from which one bid was received and was considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
