You don’t necessarily need any qualifications to get a job in care and health. When you start your job, you’ll get an induction which includes the Care Certificate. This is a set of minimum standards everyone needs to do their job. You’ll also undergo training relevant to your role. Any additional qualifications you receive will be job specific and depend on your area of work.
