Validation requirements

For a planning application to be considered valid, it must contain all the information necessary for us to make a fair decision and be accompanied by the correct fee.

We have produced the following guidance documents to help you submit the necessary supporting information to register a valid planning application:

Checklists

Use our checklists to help identify what information is required with your application. It will also help us and any consultees to identify more quickly the information that has been submitted along with the reasons why other information has not been included.

Please submit a copy of your completed checklist with your application.
