Early Help Hubs
These are where the Early Help Locality Officers, Family Intervention Teams, Youth Intervention teams and REACH workers are based.
These hubs hold regular Early Help triage meetings and can provide support and advice on a range of subjects including how to complete the Early Help assessment, plan and review, using the Right For Children system, signposting professionals and families to local services and supporting the identification of a lead practitioner
There are Early Help Hubs in each of the four localities – Northern, Exeter, East and Mid, and Southern. You can contact the Early Help Hubs via the following email addresses:-
